BeYou Women’s Program is a personal development program for
female-identifying youth. Through BeYou, we build resilience, discover new strengths, and learn strategies that nurture well-being.
Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, learning trips, and inspiring guest speakers, BeYou participants don’t just develop skills - they leave with a stronger sense of self and community.

We all have unique relationships in our lives, but are they healthy ones? What are the key ingredients to healthy relationships and how do we navigate them in a digital world?
What is resilience? How can we recover from setbacks and forge ahead? Participants and facilitators will explore how to handle challenges and cope with difficulties.
Do self-esteem and body confidence go hand in hand? Participants and facilitators will explore positive and healthy affirmations, strategies to promote healthy self-esteem and the impact of social media.
Participants and facilitators will travel through the process of developing and sustaining a growth mindset. How can we embrace successes and mistakes to support future decision-making and problem solving?
Youth participating in BeYou create one piece of work to contribute to our collective “Passion Project” which they share with their cohort peers and the larger youth community to spotlight learnings and realizations from participating in the program.
Participants are encouraged to be as creative as they like with their piece of work! Using mediums of their choice (writing, drawing, photography, etc.), participants contribute anything that they feel passionate about as it relates to their experiences with the program, what they learned, and what matters to them and their intersecting identities.
Passion Project's from previous BeYou cohorts are available below! Check them out!
