First Aid Training

First Aid & CPR training is an important life saving skill that can be so beneficial not only to others, but also ourselves. It's an opportunity to learn proven ways to provide immediate care to someone impacted by a medial or mental health related injury. Your support as a First Aid responder could provide critical supports and save someone's life!

3-4 hours of virtual emergency first aid training which can be completed at your own schedule (prior to in-person training), along with a scheduled in-person session, both virtual and in-person training must be completed. Youth will receive specific login info to partake in the course, at their own convenience. A WSIB recognized certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the course and will be valid for 3 years.
