Block Printing Workshop

In this three-hour workshop, you’ll learn all about block printing on fabric. Artist Sarah will talk about block printing as a craft, share her inspiration, and then demonstrate the basics of the block printing process. You’ll be supported as you learn how to: design and carve your block, set up your printing area, and make your prints. You’ll get to take home your own printed fabric, and your blocks so that you can continue  to experiment on your own! Note: a white button tea towel or bandana will be provided. If you wish, you can bring in your own cotton non-stretchy clothing items (button-up shirts, jeans, etc.) to print on .
