An Introductory Guide to Youth Mentoring Relationships

This guide is meant to provide only a basic understanding on some of the factors that impact youth mentoring relationships, and should be complimented with our live training sessions, interactive activities, and additional resources. This guide can also be used to support the launch of new mentorship programs across other communities supporting youth who are marginalized or at-risk.
